What you'll need
Current documents in your company name. Send everything to ops@ukamexpress.com; clear photos or PDF scans are fine.
Insurance
$1,000,000 auto liability and $100,000 cargo, with UKAM Express, Inc. listed as additional insured and every vehicle and driver scheduled.
Business documents
EIN letter, W-9, voided check or bank letter, and your MC/DOT authority if you run under your own.
Vehicle and drivers
Current registration, driver's license and driving record for each driver, and work authorization.
Vehicle photos
All four sides, the empty cargo area, interior dimensions with a tape measure visible, and the door-frame VIN sticker.
Getting set up

We review
We follow up on anything missing or expired, and help with the agreement and W-9.
Get your unit number
Once approved, you receive your unit number and dispatch contact.
